• The main tenant must be present during the entire rental period (no power of attorney rental).

• Check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking must be adhered to.

• No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the property without prior permission from the owner.

• All our destinations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes/butts must be extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays you have brought with you.

• Tenants agree to keep the property and all furniture in good condition and to use appliances only for their intended use.

• Primary Tenant acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for each guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accidents, injuries or loss incurred to any person during the property.

• Boshuisjes Drenthe does not accept any legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner for this. The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify the owners and employees against any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way resulting from the guests' use of the property or the items contained therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failure of another business due to a fault or service interruption of that business {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless carrier, etc.} and acts of neighbours such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or force majeure (weather). However, owners agree to do everything humanly possible to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.

• No refunds or adjustments to rental prices will be made for any of the above conditions.

• The accommodations are self-sufficient, you must provide your own food.

• Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided - if booked and paid for - by Boshuisjes Drenthe and must be left at the accommodation on departure without defects.

• Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it.

 

 

HOUSE RULES:

• Check-in time is clearly indicated per house in the information provided. This may differ from Airbnb, as there are no half hours to fill in. Our times are suffering.

• Garbage (- everything) is thrown away by the guests before departure. Also paper, glass, returnable bottles, etc. The pass will be returned to the guestbook in the house. If you accidentally take it with you, it will be sent to the house the same day

• Dogs and other pets are welcome under the following conditions: NOT without bringing your own rugs on sofas and chairs. NOT in bedrooms. Guests with pets provide the house hair-free. Vacuum cleaner and extra dust bags are provided.

• NO loud music.

• NO parties, events or other commercial activities without prior permission from owners.

• NO Smoking.

• NO drugs.

• NO noise allowed on the trail or in the parking lot lot.NO tents allowed on the property.

• It is NOT allowed to invite people into the house without prior permission from the owners.

• It is NOT allowed to have more people stay in the house than booked for.

Oh yes, the house is in the woods. There are spiders, flies, ants and all kinds of other insects and animals in the area and therefore sometimes in the house.... And lots of leaves
