Check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed upon at the time of booking must be adhered to. No parties, events or other commercial activities are allowed on the property without prior permission from the owner. All our destinations are non-smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes/butts must be extinguished and disposed of in ashtrays you have brought with you. Tenants agree to keep the property and all furniture in good condition and to use appliances only for their intended use. Primary Tenant acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for each guest or guardian during their booked period and are solely responsible for any property damage, accidents, injuries or loss incurred to any person during the property. Boshuisjes Drenthe does not accept any legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss resulting from any recreational activity and will indemnify the owner for this. The Guest hereby agrees to indemnify the owners and employees against any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way resulting from the guests' use of the property or the items contained therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failure of another business due to a fault or service interruption of that business {i.e. electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless carrier, etc.} and acts of neighbours such as: construction, road repair and maintenance or force majeure (weather). However, owners agree to do everything humanly possible to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. No refunds or adjustments to rental prices will be made for any of the above conditions. The accommodations are self-sufficient, you must provide your own food. Bed linen, sheets and towels are provided - if booked and paid for - by Boshuisjes Drenthe and must be left at the accommodation on departure without defects.
